Airbnb banned blogersha Heidi Laughlin (Heidi Loughlin), telling about his fight against cancer, to rent any apartment in the world after she swore to the address of the owner of an apartment in the correspondence, reports Daily Mail.

The woman was angry at this answer, because he knew that the rules of the service amount can be returned directly, without the mediation of Airbnb. It is enough to click on the website, and the money would have been returned, explained Laughlin owner.

According to her, contacting Airnbnb, she managed to return the deposited funds back, but in response, the company permanently banned from renting any of the apartments posted on their website.

Laughlin said in an interview with the publication, he did not regret the fact that swore. “I fully agree with that decision and don’t regret it,” she said. Fans blogers in Facebook supported her that she did not give up and made a refund.

In Airbnb confirmed that indeed banned for account Laughlin after rudeness to the host. “We will not tolerate abusive language of any kind, we have standards which must be agreed to by all members of the community Airbnb. By the end, we have removed this user from our platform,” — said in comments the company.

At Laughlin was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, when she was pregnant. In this regard, the woman refused chemotherapy. The doctors predicted that blogger will die from cancer in the next four years. She gave birth to a girl, but three days later the baby contracted the infection and died. In her blog she talks about how it is possible to live a full life with a deadly disease.
