The Ministry of health evaluated the study about the benefits of milk and dairy products with low fat content to reduce the risk of several diseases. It is reported RT with reference to the chief freelance nutritionist MoH Victor Tutelian.

According to him, milk is a really useful product, “created by nature in order to support a new life.” Tutelian noted that milk is used worldwide as a source of protein, calcium and a number of biologically active substances.

“As the above specifics, I’m such scientific evidence is not seen and not sure that’s true,” concluded the medic.

Earlier, the Spanish scientists from the University of Granada and the Complutense University of Madrid found that the consumption of milk and dairy products helps to prevent various chronic diseases, including cancer and diabetes. To such conclusion researchers have come, having analysed 14 academic articles.
