In the Novosibirsk region it is planned to open six centres digital education “IT-cube”, in which students will be taught programming in Python, mobile development, programming in Java and C-like languages. It is reported TASS with reference to the press service of the government of the Novosibirsk region.
So, one centre appears in Berdsk, Karasuk and Tatarsk and three — in Novosibirsk. Each centre will train at least 400 people annually. About 1.5 thousand children will be able to participate in design competitions, hackathons and other contests from the “IT is Cuba”.
The centers will be established in the framework of the national project “Education” and the Federal project “Digital educational environment”. The project was allocated a total of 784,5 billion. Objectives of the project is ensuring the global competitiveness of Russian education and Russia’s entry into the top ten countries on the quality of General education.
