Ukraine’s Central election Commission has warned about the threat of failure of elections

The Central election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine said the threat of failure of elections in the case that the Sixth administrative court of appeal will take a decision on holding a re-draw. A statement published on the CEC website.

The reason of possible failure lies in the fact that some of the ballots have already been printed. In the case that the CEC will be obliged to hold a new draw, the Commission may not be able to print new ballots and deliver them to the designated voting time.

Informed about the threat of failure of elections because of the new draw was declared by the Chairman of the party “servant of the people” Dmitry Razumkov. He described the situation as “technology”, which is aimed at disrupting the elections.

To hold a new draw demanded agrarian party of Ukraine — they believe that the CEC had no right to give the party of Mikhail Saakashvili “a new force” the first place to the end of the list, not performing the draw. The court granted this request. The CEC has stated that they intend to appeal the court’s decision, because some of the ballots have already been printed.

Early elections to the Verkhovna Rada will be held on July 21. They will participate 22 parties taking into account Saakashvili’s party, which was allowed at the last moment. The decision to hold elections was made after President Vladimir Zelensky announced the dissolution of Parliament due to the extremely low level of credibility on the part of citizens.
