Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Gerashchenko derided in Facebook press service of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky for error when specifying capital of Canada.

Gerashchenko said that such error is “the level of the fifth class of high school”. She tried to conduct an educational program and listed the capitals of several States, however entangled in the Dutch cities.

“Just in case the educational program. The capital of Turkey is Ankara, not Istanbul. The capital of the USA is Washington, not new York. The capital of the Netherlands — the Hague, not Amsterdam. But then you never know where the next visit,” — wrote Gerashchenko.

In fact, the Dutch capital — Amsterdam.

Later Gerashchenko edited the post and admitted the mistake. “The Capital Of Netherlands — Amsterdam. The government and the Royal residence in the Hague, as international courts. I admit the typo. A good occasion to remember all the geography,” she wrote.

Earlier, the press service Zelensky indicated that the President will visit the country’s capital of Toronto. In fact, the capital of Canada — Ottawa. Ukrainians made fun of a mistake of the press service of the network and asked to give the administration of the President of the Atlas.
