Captain capsized in the Black sea of a catamaran does not have a license to carry passengers. This was stated by the Deputy of the southern transport Prosecutor Valery Kozlov, reports TASS.

“The skipper was not registered as an individual entrepreneur and not had a license for the transportation of passengers sea transport,” he said.

According to Kozlova, the investigation is considering reloading as the main version of crash of the boat. He also said that at the crash site found no oil spill. “A survey of the vessel for the solution of the question of his recovery. Currently the oil spill is not fixed,” — said Kozlov.

Earlier, on 6 July it was reported that the police detained the captain of a pleasure boat. Detainees was a native of the city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk born in 1963.

5 July in the Black sea near the village Dzhubga overturned pleasure boat. The incident occurred at 17:50 local time on removal about 100 metres from the shoreline. The owner of a pleasure boat accused in the incident weather conditions and a sudden wind. The police opened a criminal case.
