At least three people were killed in the explosion of a fuel tanker in the Sverdlovsk region. This was announced by the head of the press service of the interior Ministry in the region Valery Burnt, reports RIA Novosti.

As reported Ura.ru the accident occurred at 00:15 local time (22:15 Moscow) – 44 kilometer of the highway Karpinsk-Kytlym. The truck went off the road, overturned and caught fire. It is noted that the driver of the car allowed the top of the tank group of seven people, and then lost control. At the time of the accident the truck had 500 litres of fuel.

According to preliminary data, six people were injured. According to TASS, injured five. They were urgently hospitalized.
