The Russian market is attractive from the point of view of Austrian investors. This statement was made Vice-President of Federal economic chamber of Austria Richard Sets at INNOPROM, writes TASS.
He noted that Austrian companies are not interested in making quick money so they want to “stay long.” In particular, they are interested in cooperation in the industrial sector of the economy — and interest in Russian regions.
Sec added that Austrian investors also want to strengthen cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture, environment and natural technologies. He added that Austria would also like to increase cooperation in mechanical engineering, power industry, food industry and IT.
Foreign investment in Russia and increasing exports of non-oil non-energy products is one of the key objectives of the national project “international cooperation and exports”.
