Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of Federal agencies and the state audit office, which will extend the “regulatory guillotine.” This is stated in the message on the government website.
The list includes 21 office which conducts normative legal regulation in the spheres of state control, and 33 of the Executive authority performing control and supervision functions. In respect of certain types of control of five authorities to carry out additional study.
According to the Deputy head of the government apparatus, Yuri Lyubimov, we are talking about the FSB (in terms of control over fisheries in marine waters), the Ministry of justice (in the part regulating the activities of NGOs), Regardie (in terms of arms trafficking and control of security at the FEC), the Federal service for financial monitoring (concerning the control of money laundering) and Federal service for technical and export control (FSTEC; in relation to the objects of critical information infrastructure).
“We need to decide how the General format of the “guillotine” is justified and suitable for these bodies, given their information, or need individual approaches,” — said Lyubimov.
According to him, also questioned the interdepartmental unit of requirements to anti-terrorist protection in the part of the powers of the FSB and Regardie. The initiative meets the objectives of the national project “Small and medium entrepreneurship and support of individual business initiative”.
