By 2021 Russia will have a search platform that will allow inventors to obtain data on issued worldwide patents. About it in interview to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” said the head of the Federal service for intellectual property (Rospatent) Grigory Ivliev.
“The platform will be put into operation in parts, as the availability of services. Once it’s ready the registry 3D images for intellectual property, we will introduce it”, — he said.
According to Ivlieva, in the country, a growing number of trademarks, and this is a big plus for the economy. “The national project “Science” implies an annual increase of 10 percent in the number of Russian applications for inventions until 2024. But this is not the limit for our research sector we have a lot of inventions and achievements that require a patent legal protection”, he added and stressed that without this access to the world market is impossible.
The goal of the national project “Science”, in particular, is that by 2024, Russia’s five leading countries engaged in research and development in areas determined by the priorities of scientific and technological development. Only its implementation is planned to more than 625 billion rubles.
