According to the publication, the Investigative Committee has classified the crime as a murder of a person performing a public duty (part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code). 11 the participants of the fight were charged with attempted murder (part 3 of article 30 of the criminal code) and hooliganism committed by a group of persons (part 2 of article 213 of the criminal code). Previously, it was charged with only disorderly conduct. Now the men face up to 20 years in prison or a life sentence.

24-year-old Nikita Belyankina killed in a mass fight outside a bar in the village Putilkovo, Krasnogorsk district of Moscow region on the night of 1 June.
