Among Muscovites who plan to purchase housing in 2019-2020, 16 percent of citizens have confirmed income less than 30 thousand rubles a month, another 14 percent, from 31 thousand to 50 thousand rubles per month. As analysts found out, about 27 percent of future settlers monthly get up to 70 thousand rubles per month (taking into account the salary of one family member). Thus, more than half — 57 per cent of potential apartment buyers — earn less than the average. According Mosgorstat, in the first quarter of 2019, the average monthly salary in Moscow amounted to 86.8 million rubles.
The share of Muscovites with the income from 71 thousand to 100 thousand rubles per month in the structure of demand accounted for 20 percent of the material should be GK FSK. Another 12 percent had a salary of 101-120 thousand rubles per month. Income from 121 thousand to 150 thousand rubles a month are 8% of potential buyers, and 3 percent receive over 150 thousand per month.
Experts explain that having a low income Muscovites in the planning of a home purchase often expect to receive an inheritance, and funds from the sale of existing properties.
