Russia is ready to cooperate in the framework of the creation of technologies that resemble natural ones. This statement was made by President Vladimir Putin during the second Global summit on trade and industrialization (GMIS), which takes place in Yekaterinburg.
“Russia is ready to offer scientific assistance for collaborative research that resemble natural ones technologies”, — quotes his words Telegram-channel radio station “Moscow Says”.
“Instead of substantive discussions about climate change the world has seen populism, speculation and obscurantism,” — said Putin.
Earlier, the Minister of industry and trade Denis Manturov said that Russia plans to become one of the key sources that resemble natural ones technology. “We need to cooperate, to put aside the excess for today protectionism, restrictions and unfair competition. Russia hopes to become one of the key sources of generated ecosystems that resemble natural ones technologies,” he said, and pointed to the need for cooperation of the countries.
That resemble natural ones technologies involve the creation of environmentally friendly Autonomous nuclear and alternative energy sources, cold-resistant constructional and functional biohybrid materials, technologies for waste disposal and environmental rehabilitation of the Arctic territories. In April, Putin instructed the government to work out measures for their development.
The development of such technologies meets the objectives of the national project “international cooperation and exports”. It includes several Federal programs: “Industrial export, Export of agricultural products”, “logistics of international trade”, “Export of services” and “a Systemic approach towards the development of international cooperation and exports.” In total for its implementation by 2024 it is planned to allocate about 1 trillion roubles.
