The court began its consideration of the administrative case on insubordination to officers of the Federal security service (FSB) of Russia, which initiated against the arrested son of the former head of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in the Volgograd region Michael muzraeva. This is with reference to the Dzerzhinsky district court of Volgograd, according to RIA Novosti.
As reported in court, against Michael muzraeva, full namesake of the father — Lieutenant General — instituted administrative proceedings with part 4 of article 19.3 (“disobedience to a lawful order or request of the employee of bodies of Federal security service in connection with the performance of his official duties, and obstructing the execution of official duties”) of the administrative code.
The next meeting on the case muzraeva, Jr. will be held July 25.
On 8 July it was reported that the reason for the arrest of Lieutenant General muzraeva, assistant to the Chairman of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin on special assignments, was the statement by the Governor of the Volgograd region Andrey Bocharov.
Muzraev was detained in Volgograd on June 10. He was charged with article 205 of the Russian criminal code (“Terrorist act committed by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement”), which was identified with the assassination attempt on the Governor Bocharov, when his house was set on fire unknown. Along with General TFR in the criminal case brought by investigators of the FSB, is the Volgograd businessman Vladimir Zubkov.
Muzraev headed management SK across the Volgograd region until the end of 2018, and then was appointed assistant head of Department. Protection insists on innocence muzraeva, indicating that it was he who solved the case about the attempted assassination Bocharov.
The assassination of the Governor Andrey Bocharov occurred on November 16, 2016. His house tried to burn.
