The Russian Senator urged to execute insulted Putin journalist

The Federation Council member Arsen fadzayev called for the execution of the Georgian journalist that insulted the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on the air. It is reported by Telegram-channel “Ossetia”.

“You also by the need to execute him in the center of Tbilisi. Otherwise there is no forgiveness. Themselves take and execute him. Then I think you will understand everything. In another way it would be wrong, and nobody will understand”, — said the member of the Committee for agrarian and food policy and environmental management.

The Senator expressed confidence that the journalist on the ground “to go long will be gone”.

In Telegram-channel alleged that the Senator’s words relate to the Georgian journalist, and himself a member of the Federation Council thus supposedly announced a fatwa for the execution of the Georgian.

On 7 July, the journalist of the Georgian TV channel “Rustavi 2” Giorgi Gabunia in an obscene form addressed to Putin. In particular, he called him “stinky occupier”.

The Kremlin has condemned the behaviour of the presenter, calling him “unworthy of the Georgian people”. The Russian foreign Ministry also found the incident unacceptable. In addition, the state Duma asked the government to impose sanctions against Georgia.

Arsen fadzayev became a member of the upper house of the Parliament of North Ossetia in September 2017.
