The Commissioner for children’s rights in the Sverdlovsk region Igor MOROKOV said URA.RU that also applies to this situation in two ways. He noted that, indeed, on the one hand, the boy needs support in his quest to earn, but in Russia, children can only work from the age of 14 with parental permission.

The transport company that serves the route, declined to comment on the situation.
