Executive Committee of “Russian popular front” (onf) Michael Razvozhaev was appointed acting Governor of Sevastopol. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the press service of the Kremlin.
In this post, Razvozhaev was replaced by Dmitry Ovsyannikov, who resigned at his own request.
Razvozhaev is the head of the Executive Committee of the popular front, member of the Central headquarters of the organization. He held the post of Deputy Minister for North Caucasus Affairs, also in the fall of 2018 was the acting head of the Republic of Khakassia.
