In the period from June 2018 to June 2019, the primary housing has fallen in price only in four Russian regions — the Republics of Ingushetia, and Komi, and also in the Yaroslavl and Novgorod regions. This is evidenced by the materials of the portal “Craigslist real Estate”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.

According to analysts ‘ estimates, the maximum for the year by 9 percent to 43.9 thousand rubles, the price of “square” in new buildings of the Novgorod region. In Yaroslavl region the price tag fell less than a percent, to 44.4 thousand rubles per square meter. In Komi Republic the drop was about 7 percent (to 52.5 thousand per square meter). In General, over the last 12 months the average cost per square meter in the Russian new buildings increased by 11 percent to 70,36 thousand rubles, follows from the submitted materials. The leader of price growth became Amur oblast, where the “square” has risen by 32 per cent to 65 thousand roubles. Almost 23 per cent to 39.8 thousand, increased the value of m in the Kemerovo region. More than 18 percent more expensive primary housing in Kamchatka (86 thousand for the “square” in average) and in Tatarstan (56.5 thousand per square meter).

The supply buildings for the year increased by 12.5 percent across the country, according to “Avito”. Nearly half (48 percent) of the new housing market currently occupy a Studio apartment, a third proposal is “kopeck piece”, 16 percent “treshki” on the order of 2 percent — multi-room objects.

Earlier in July, analysts said that in the medium term housing under construction in Russia is likely to be more expensive, but at a slow pace. In their opinion, the price growth potential in new buildings associated with the transition to the scheme of project financing of construction projects, largely exhausted, and further increase the cost of housing will be restrained by weakening demand.
