Foreigners are actively buying housing in Sochi, according to the materials of real estate Agency “Mandarin”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to realtors, is currently the most — 25 per cent of international transactions in the Sochi real estate market make the citizens of Germany. In the second place Ukrainians, with a share of 20 percent, the third — the people of Kazakhstan with 19 percent. Belarusians account for 13 percent of purchases of housing. Six months ago the situation was somewhat different: the leaders in the volume of demand was to come from Kazakhstan (29 percent of transactions), Belarus (21%) and Ukraine (18 percent).
“The people of Germany and Kazakhstan, according to our observations, are active investors in the market of Sochi. They are attracted like guest houses and separate apartments, suitable for renting.
