The government will launch a programme of digital health, which will raise the level of literacy of Russian users. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov radio station “Moscow Says”.
“The problem of cyber security is not technology. (…) The main threat is the ignorance of the people,” he said.
According to him, through a special online platform everyone will be able to obtain a basic knowledge about what information can and what cannot be provided on the Internet. Akimov said that hacker attacks occur every second.
In may, Russia launched a large-scale test of knowledge about information technology — Digital Dictation. The best results have demonstrated the residents of St. Petersburg, and the worst — Kursk region.
