On the proposed new rules of the prisons in Britain, prisoners will be able to get the keys to the cells for good behavior. The text of the document posted by the Ministry of justice of the Kingdom.

The Agency thus wants to motivate local authorities to pay more attention to the remuneration system for the prisoners, not the punishment. It is expected that heads of prisons will have the right to decide which prisoners will be able to cook, spend time with visitors and in the gym.

The document also calls for prison staff “constantly use verbal forms of approval”. However, a number of forms of incentives remains prohibited — for instance, connecting pay television and “other inappropriate things”.

In 2017, it was reported that Britain has withdrawn a lawsuit on the inmate offender due to the fact that the defendant was too ill. It was about a 25-year-old Andrew burns, who is serving a life sentence in a Scottish prison Glenochil for vandalism, robbery, resisting police attempts to smear the staff of the penitentiary.
