Russia continues to arm the “forbidden” missiles and is preparing to conduct regional wars in Europe, said the German journalists of the newspaper Die Welt.
In the article they refer to the report of the former General-Lieutenant of the Bundeswehr, former Deputy Secretary General of NATO Heinrich of Browse and Director of the Institute for security policy at the University of Kiel Joachim Krause.
According to them, Russian authorities deliberately looking for confrontation with Western countries and seek the destruction of the world order. The speakers also accused Moscow of a desire to undermine the cohesion of the Alliance. Krause and BRAUS added that Russia is preparing to inflict “sudden impact”, which will be backed by the threat of a nuclear explosion.
A possible starting place to “attack” the speakers named the Baltic States, Poland, Ukraine and black sea countries. It is also noted that a key role in this conflict will play Germany because of its geographical position. Krause and BRAUS asked the German government urging them to lead the Bundeswehr in combat readiness to execute military tasks of NATO.
