Messages about missing signatures to the Moscow city Duma elections have been exaggerated

Chairman of the Moscow city electoral Commission (Moscow election Committee) Valentin Gorbunov reported to the Council under the President of the Russian Federation on development of civil society and human rights (HRC) on the results of verification of signatures of four persons, who had claimed that their signatures were declared invalid. This was reported on the website of the HRC.

Gorbunov also noticed that the network spreads information about the fact that signing Ilya Azar, and Michael Shirvindt has not been taken into account. “It’s not true signatures of the specified persons recognized by the Commission are reliable,” — said the head of Mosgorispolcom.

According to Gorbunov, the signatures of the two applicants in the HRC voters (Luk’yanova E. A., Chepurenko A. Y.) do not exist in the statements of invalid signatures and recognized by the Commission is accurate. Signatures of two of the voters were not taken into account in connection with errors made by the collectors. So, for example, information about Olga Podoplelova made to the subscription list as “Podoplelova” that is actually a different name.

So, said the hunchback, of election law violations in the actions of district election commissions are not established.
