Acting chief coach of the national team of Poland Jakub Bednaruk donated won a medal of the League of Nations on charity. It is reported by Polsat Sport.
“I didn’t deserve it and I give it to a charity auction. Glad we won the bronze, but I would be hard to leave this medal. I will collect the money and help children,” said the coach.
July 15, the Polish team won the bronze medal of the League of Nations. The winner of the tournament was the national team of Russia, beaten in the final of the United States.
Bednaruk was the acting head coach of the poles is of Vital Heinen, who after the defeat of the team from the Russians in the “Final six” returned to Poland. Heinen on the basis worked with players who claim to participate in the Olympic qualification.
