National police in Spain have arrested at Barcelona airport a man who was trying to bring under the wig, half a kilo of cocaine. This was reported by press service of the Ministry on the official Twitter page.
The man hid the drugs in a huge wig, on top of which wore a giant hat. The strange appearance of the passenger and his nervous behavior during the passport control caught the attention of the police. During the test, he found the pack with 503 grams of cocaine, which is estimated to cost 30 thousand euros.
The offender was a 65-year-old citizen of Colombia. He arrived in Barcelona on a flight from Bogota.
In January police arrested a Malaysian flight attendant airline Malindo Air, which tried to smuggle heroin and methamphetamine into Australia. 48-year-old drug trafficker was arrested at Sydney airport and charged with smuggling drugs across the border.
