The demand for apartments in the Russian capital in the year to July 2019 fell by more than a third, it follows from Agency Est-a-Tet, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.

According to analysts, the volume of sold apartments in the last 12 months has decreased by 36 percent. The share of this type of real estate in total transactions in the market of new buildings decreases over the year this figure has decreased from 11 to 7 percent.

In Moscow on sale of 9.6 thousands of new apartments in 127 projects. For the second quarter of 2019, the volume of supply in the segment remained virtually unchanged, but over the year it increased by 9 percent to 685 thousand square meters, according to Est-a-Tet. The main share of supply (nearly 45 percent) is a apartment business class.

The average cost per square meter of apartments experts estimate that 375 thousand rubles. During the quarter it decreased by almost 2 percent.

In the fall of 2018, Ministry of economic development did not support the mechanism of transfer of the apartment housing, developed by deputies of the state Duma. Formally, the apartments continue to have the status of commercial real estate, though in fact most of them perform a residential function.

Earlier in July, in Moscow revealed a quickly growing type of housing: according to the observations of experts, apartment with repair from the developer rising in price faster than the “naked” sentence. In the period from autumn of 2018 to the summer of 2019, the cost of apartments in capital new buildings has increased by 15 percent, while the market average square meter of new housing rose by 10 percent.
