Nestle company has patented a new technology to produce chocolate without the use of sugar, according to Bloomberg.

Nestle decided to add the chocolate white pulp that covers the cacao beans. In the production process, it is pulverized into a powder containing fructose is a natural sugar substitute.

Nestle is the first manufacturer who decided to use this technology. Still the pulp of the cocoa beans were just thrown in as unnecessary. To rethink the way the company decided due to a persistent trend on healthy eating, writes the edition.
