The Deputy head of the office of the President of Ukraine Ruslan Ryaboshapka said that the team of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky was working to reduce government. About it reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“It’s not just about cutting Cabinet members. The speech also will go about reducing Central Executive authorities. The work continues, more details I still can not tell”, — he said.
Ryaboshapka said that the cuts will affect Deputy Prime Ministers without portfolios, who do not head ministries and Central Executive bodies which are not ministries. He believes that administrative reform is long overdue in Ukraine.
20 Jun Zelensky stated the obsolescence of the texts of some of the existing laws of the country. According to him, some acts are still referred to “the victory of the great October socialist revolution,” “Lenin’s ideas” and “developed by the Communist party course in the Soviet state.”
Earlier Zelensky said that foreign business is afraid of the Ukrainian police, “who put pressure on entrepreneurs” and the Ukrainian courts, is not able to protect the business. He promised to resolve the issue of military pressure, stressing that the country’s investment climate is a priority for him. According to him, the investment attractiveness of Ukraine, will also promote individual projects of his administration aimed at reducing the influence of the bureaucracy.
