Russians offer fine 2.5 — 10 thousand rubles for unpaid use of toll roads. About it reports “Kommersant” with reference to the bill of the Ministry of transport.
According to the publication, the fare will be considered unpaid if the motorist does not pay the debt within five days. After this deadline will be imposed a fine. To fix the violations will be at the point of charging (PVP).
The first penalty will be 2.5 thousand rubles. If free drove a truck, owned by a foreign carrier, the penalty will apply in relation to the driver of the Peterbilt. For repeated violation the Russians proposed fine is 10 thousand rubles. Second fine can be paid at a discount.
Fine will be if the driver passed the toll gate, breaking the barrier, or do not pay the fare in the system of barrier-free travel freeflow, which will allow motorists to make money with a transponder (electronic device that allows you to pay in automatic mode — approx. “Of the tape.ru”). Operators of toll roads insist that part of the amount of penalty they have to compensate.
