The contact group on conflict settlement in the South-East Ukraine last July 17 meeting in Minsk have agreed about preparation for breeding forces in the Donbas at the new locations. This was stated by the representative of Kiev in the subgroup on political matters Roman Bezsmertny, reports RIA Novosti.
According to the immortal, the decision was made to “enable people to communicate”. He did not specify what areas will be carried out the disengagement, however, replied that this issue was discussed back in the fall of 2017. The timeline for the withdrawal forces is also not yet specified.
Earlier it became known that on the same negotiations, agreement was reached on the establishment of the absolute regime and the indefinite truce. It starts on the date of early parliamentary elections in Ukraine — July 21, 00 hours 01 minute Moscow time (coincides with Moscow).
In addition, the Ambassador of Russia in the contact group Boris Gryzlov noted that the contact group was also able to agree on “additional measures to strengthen compliance with the cease-fire.” The agreement was first spelled out the parties responsible for the violation of the ceasefire.
