The Russian Orthodox Church will deal with the incident, which ambulances were blocked at the substation near Moscow in Sergiev Posad because of the visit of Patriarch Kirill. This was stated press Secretary of Bishop Alexander Volkov, reports Telegram-channel Baza.
According to him, the Church is not involved in the incident, since such decisions are made by local law enforcement. “It often happens that just overdo it. Such a situation, especially an ambulance, is unacceptable. Tomorrow we are waiting for a reply and, if confirmed without reaction, of course, will not leave,” he said.
July 18 in Sergiev Posad, the traffic police blocked for 20 minutes a number of streets, which had to pass the Patriarch. As a result of 17 cars in the city’s only substation 14 is locked in the Parking lot of the medical institution.
