According to the investigation, against Dolgov’s law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case under part 2 and part 4 of article 158 (“Theft”) criminal code. He gained access to the Bank account of one of the organizations of the city of Omsk, which moved six million roubles to affiliated accounts.

Subsequently, the stolen money was cashed, then the Debts left Russia. In may 2017 at the request of the Department of the MIA of Russia in the Omsk region accused declared in the international search. At this time the Debt was in a Thai prison.

According to Wolf, at the end of the sentence Dolgov was transferred to the immigration jail in Bangkok for further deportation to Russia.
