Permanent Commission on the electoral rights of the presidential Council for civil society development and human rights (HRC) was called to register all candidates for deputies of the Moscow city Duma, which passed the required number of signatures. This was stated by a member of said Commission, Igor Borisov, reports RAPSI.
According to him, published on the website of the Council a document signed by one person — the Chairman of the standing Committee on election rights, is an example of falsification.
He said that the Commission was agreed on a very different version of the conclusion. He stressed that they found no examples of violations of the electoral legislation.
“The requirement to register the candidate who has not fulfilled the procedure to bypass the law and a statement that appeared to bypass the regulations of the HRC, I think that the links of one chain”, — said Borisov.
16 July, several independent candidates were not registered for the elections because of problems with documents. In particular, we are talking about inclusion in the petitions of deceased people.
