Former assistant editor-in-chief of radio station “Echo of Moscow” Alexei Venediktov, journalist Lesya Ryabtseva accused the opposition leader and the head of the Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK) Alexei Navalny of embezzlement of 10 million rubles on collecting signatures for nomination of opposition candidates in the Moscow city Duma (Moscow). She wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

According to the journalist, during the preparatory campaign of the bitcoin wallet Bulk were withdrawn 12.7 million rubles of donations. Of them to the collection of signatures was spent only 2.7 million rubles. Ryabtseva said that the fate of the remaining money is unknown.

Opposition candidates in the Moscow city Duma was not admitted to the elections due to the large number of rejected signatures. In addition, Ryabtseva said that the signature collectors were paid from the Moscow Headquarters of the Bulk. According to the Code of administrative offences, material support provided for the holding of the election campaign, without payment from the election funds illegally.
