Coach of the Russian boxer Maxim Dadasheva buddy Makgirt commented on the death of his ward. His words leads TASS.
McGirt said that he was in despair after information about the incident. “He was a great boxer, a great man and hard-working athlete. We will all miss him”, he added.
The coach said that boxers should monitor their health. “Boxers need to be much stricter with medical tests, examinations, which they are, athletes need to pay attention to it,” he said.
On the death Dadashova was known earlier, on July 23. He died in a hospital in the United States. His friend said that the 28-year-old boxer could not stand the heart.
The athlete was hospitalized after the defeat in the battle with Zabiela Mathias held on 20 July. The fight was stopped in the 11th round by the initiative of the coach of the Russian. Later, the boxer had surgery and removed part of the skull put him into a medically induced coma.
Dadashov made his debut in professional Boxing in 2016. Before the match against Mathias, he never lost once, scoring 13 consecutive victories.
