The fire in the tent camp “Kholdomi”, where there were 189 people, occurred on the night of July 23. Burned 20 of the 26 tents, four children died. A criminal case under part 1 of article 109 of the criminal code (“Causing death on imprudence”) and item in part 2 of article 238 of the criminal code (“Rendering services not meeting requirements of safety of life and health of consumers”). On July 24 in Khabarovsk region declared three days of mourning for the victims. Kuznetsov and Director of “Extreme Service” Vitaly boatmen are on the case as suspects.
