The party of President Vladimir Zelensky “servant of the people” maintains the lead in the parliamentary elections. It follows from the data of the CEC of Ukraine after processing of 90,89% of the votes.
For the party of the head of state gave voice 43,10% of the voters that will form in Parliament a one-party majority. In second place entrenched opposition political force, “the Opposition platform For life” with a score of 12.94 percent.
According to preliminary data, in Parliament are also party of the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko “European solidarity”, the Deputy of Yulia Tymoshenko’s “Fatherland” and leader of the musical group “Okean Elzy” Svyatoslav Vakarchuk “the Voice.”
Earlier it was reported that Poroshenko plans to create a protest movement in Parliament and in the country and to achieve early elections and to discredit the party “servant of the people”. The most ideologically close to former Ukrainian leader said a faction Vakarchuk and wants to unite with it.
Early parliamentary elections were held in Ukraine on July 21. In the vote was attended by 24 parties and 3220 of candidates in single-mandate constituencies. The total turnout amounted to 49.84 per cent voters.
