Russian official condemned for taking bribes of honey and eggs

One of the saleswomen monthly handed him two thousand rubles, and only gave 32 thousand, the other “paid” with honey, oil and eggs. One woman took six dozen — in the amount of 600 rubles.

The court found the official guilty of petty bribery and accepting bribes and was fined 640 thousand rubles. In addition, the inspector is deprived of the right for two years to occupy posts in the civil service and in law enforcement bodies and bodies of local self-government.
