The deceased was on the list, together with the applicants Mikhail Tumasov, Vitaly Bespalov, Lena Klimova, Nikita Tomilov, Igor Kochetkov, pavalam Stocco and Svetlana Kaverzina. In their view, applies to the online information may fall under article 280 of the criminal code (“Public calls to extremist activity”) and article 282.1 of the criminal code (“Organization of an extremist community”).
