Russian boxer Artem Ignatiev died at the age of 36 years. This was reported on the website of the Federation of Boxing of Russia.

Ignatieff is a bronze medalist of the championship of Russia 2002 in the easiest weight. He won the championship of Russia among juniors in weight category to 51 kilograms and won the silver medal Junior world Championships in 2000.
