Expert centre of the Russian consumers Union “Roskontrol” conducted a study of grilling sausages, and found them in the bacteria E. coli and Salmonella. This is stated in the results of the study, which came to edition”.ru”.
In total, the experts examined seven sausages brands: “Auchan / Dies”, “Miratorg”, “Myasnov”, “NIR (“Alphabet of taste”)”, “OK”, “Samson”, “Globus”. The product of the last mark found bacteria groups, coliforms, pathogenic microorganisms Salmonella and Listeria. In addition, the sausages “Myasnov” and Globus found the antibiotics.
The products “Auchan”, “OK”, “Samson” and Globus, which are claimed as beef, pork found, and “Myasnov” — poultry. In all samples, except for the sausage brand “Miratorg”, showed traces of soy.
The study “Myasnov” and Globus were in the black list of the organization because of a mismatch between the security requirements. The remaining samples included in the product list in comments. To buy experts recommended only sausages “Miratorg”.
Salmonella — bacteria that can cause serious infectious diseases. Salmonellosis often occurs in the form of acute intestinal infection. Products that contain bacteria Escherichia coli group, the lack of effective heat treatment also can cause intestinal infection.
