The most popular among settlers of the future of Moscow residential complexes are being built in Sochi, the materials of the Agency “Bon Ton”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to analysts, in 2019, the majority of transactions in the capital market of new buildings was to the South-Eastern, Western and North-Eastern districts. The most popular among buyers is in the area of Nekrasovka where built mainly budget accommodation — it is 8% of all transactions for the acquisition of new apartments.
On the second place of the rating district Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo (about 6 percent of transactions), the third — Yaroslavl (5.5 percent). The top 10 also hit the districts of Solntsevo, Ryazan, welcome, Yuzhnoportovy, Moscow, Sokolinaya Gora and Western Degunino. Together, these locations accumulate almost 50 percent of the demand for new buildings of Moscow.
