The second stage of construction of the Vostochny space centre is difficult due to prolonged bad weather, reports “Interfax” with reference to the head of the Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin.

Rogozin stressed that, despite the prevailing conditions, the works are on schedule, construction will be completed in 2022, 2023 will be launched rocket “Angara”.
