Kuibyshev district court of St. Petersburg released from criminal responsibility and sent for compulsory treatment Valery S., who sold passports and driver’s licenses fictional state “of the Kingdom ASPI”. This was reported by the United press service of the courts of the city in his Telegram channel.

The court came to the conclusion that Valery in a state of insanity fictitiously was put on record six citizens of the “Kingdom ASPI” on the territory of Russia. From 2016 to 2018, he gave the nationals at least seven of the passports of the fictional States in the amount of not less than 300 thousand rubles. Male only printed 250 of passports, the court decided to destroy them.

In addition, it turned out that he printed a fake visa card, as well as distributing business cards indicating their telephone and e-mail. These he distributed among foreign nationals.

In 2018 in St. Petersburg, police detained four people who opened the Consulate of a non-existent country and sold migrant workers passport and driver’s license. From January 2015 the fraudsters are made and sold to visitors documents with details of a nonexistent island States of the Caribbean “Kingdom ASPI” (“Free island Aspie”). In the registration mark indicated the town in Belarus. For that, customers took 15-100 thousand rubles.
