For the evaluation it took four months, but we had the resources that we have,” said psychiatrist hospital Warneford in Oxford, Daniel Mohan. The physician noted that the hospital has insufficient funds why they can’t hire more specialists. In this regard, some patients have to wait for assistance for about a year, added Mohan.
