Russian businessman and former official was the culprit



In the Chelyabinsk region, the former Vice-Governor Andrey Kosilov, who is now the Director of Agroholding “Ravis” was the culprit. It is reported by the regional edition with reference to eyewitnesses.

As told in the regional Department of the MIA, the accident occurred at 14:10 on the 18th kilometer of the highway Bayramgulovo — Novoandriivka. Kosilov on the Lexus went into oncoming traffic and collided with a car “Lada Vesta”. In result of road accident the driver and two passengers of “Lada” was taken to hospital with injuries of varying severity.

“We’re afraid we’ll gloss over,” — said eyewitnesses publication. According to them, Kosilov was drunk.

As stated Kosilov, with himself, all right. The former official declined to comment on the publication of the incident.

Earlier, four people were killed and two injured in a head-on collision on the Kiev highway in the Leningrad region. Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has ignored a sign “Overtaking is forbidden” and tried to outrun the car, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Kia Sorento. Killed drivers and passengers in the front seats.
