Average price per square meter of housing in the Krasnodar region for the period from January to July 2019 increased by 4 thousand rubles, follows from materials of the regional Agency “Mandarin”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
In the past few years real estate in the South of the country rose in price rather gradually, analysts say: in 2015-2018 “square” added to the price of only a thousand rubles. Currently, a square meter in apartment buildings in Krasnodar region average is 49.5 thousand rubles, and experts predict a further rise in the cost of housing.
In addition to the positive price dynamics, they highlight another trend of the local property market: reduction of square footage of apartments. “The area of apartments, starting from late 2015 to mid-current, decreased by almost 18 square meters with a 63 to 45.3 meters, — said in a submission. — Currently the most compact apartments that are being built within residential projects, have an area of about 20 square meters, and the most spacious of about 170 square meters”.
According to analysts, in the foreseeable future, the highest regional demand and, consequently, price growth will be observed in the real estate market of Sochi. “This is because this part of the Krasnodar region has the most pronounced investment attractiveness for both local and regional consumers”, — specified in “Mandarin”.
At the end of June this year, the cheapest apartment in the coastal area of Sochi has cost 1.5 million rubles. So many asked for a Studio with a total area of almost 30 square metres in one of the newly constructed apartment buildings. The lot offered without finishing.
