Russian students received gold medals at chemistry Olympiad in Paris

The seniors from Russia won four gold medals at the 51st International chemistry Olympiad in Paris. This was reported by IA Regnum with reference to the press service of the Moscow state University.

Gold medals were awarded to Mikhail Matveev from Vologda and three Muscovite — Nikita Chernov (school No. 1568), Alexey Shishkin (school No. 1568), Daniel Bardonov (school №179).

The competition was attended by students from 80 countries. Russian participants were preparing teachers of chemical faculty of Moscow state University.

In June, the Russian students won four medals at the European physics Olympiad. Coaches of the Russian team were associate professors of the Department of General physics, Moscow Institute of physics and technology (MIPT) Valery Slobodyanik and Mikhail Osin.
