Moscow does not intend to offer US any guarantees-deployment of weapons after the termination of the Treaty on the elimination of intermediate and shorter-range missiles (INF Treaty). This was stated by “Interfax”, the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov.
“What are the legal guarantees we can someone to offer as ideas, even if the most obvious in this situation, the step counter moratorium is rejected?” — said the diplomat. According to him, Russia is interested in the agreements “are no more than the opponents, no more than colleagues in NATO, particularly in the United States.”
