The Polish court has arrested 24 of 26 natives of Chechnya, detained in Krakow for a mass brawl with football fans. It is reported by RMF 24.
Two people were released due to health and family circumstances. Detainees accused of involvement in an armed criminal group, attempted beatings, unlawful possession of a weapon and ammunition and possession of significant quantities of banned substances. Pleaded guilty to only one of the 26 people.
According to RMF, the youngest detainee — 19 years. It is reported that among them also two citizens of Poland, two “Chechens with Polish citizenship”, others called “natives of Chechnya and Armenia.” Some of them have Polish residence permit, and someone is in the country illegally.
